Help With an Order
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short explanation of what you need. For a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, add clear photos so we can review the issue.
For cancellation or order changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. The time your request reaches us is what counts for that window, including outside support hours.
